This Service Agreement (the "Agreement") contains the complete terms and conditions which govern your subscription of Expired Domain Registrations by expseo.com, (the "Service"). As used in this Agreement, "Seller" means expseo.com, and "Buyer", "you", or "your" means you. By clicking on the "Submit Order" button, you acknowledge that you have read the Agreement, and you agree to its terms and conditions and all policies posted on the expseo site.
- 1. Domains from expseo.com are registered on Seller and there are Seller's property. Seller agrees to let use this domains by Buyer as he see fit unless it violates this Agreement
- 2. Buyer, by creating user's account, cedes the legal liability for domains he bought on himself in spite of they're Seller's property.
- 3. It's strictly forbidden to use domains for:
- - hacking, phreaking activity,
- - websites that contain warez, cracks,
- - websites containing prohibited porn (e.g. child porn),
- - websites containing religious/sectarian/fascist content,
- - websites containing rape or bestiality,
- - websites containing any other illegal content,
- - websites containing any form of spam activity
- 4. Seller reserves the right to block domain if it's offend against the terms.
- 5. In case of problems with domain not caused by Buyer, Seller commits himself to provide new domain in exchange. In case of problems caused by Buyer the domain in question will be blocked. In both
cases reimbursement is not possible.
- 6. Seller reserves the right to change, add or remove any part of this terms of service at any time without notice. Current version of TOS is always available here.
- 7. Seller do not direct Buyer's email addresses or personal information to 3rd parties. As long as Buyer abides by expseo.com Terms Of Service (TOS), personal information remains confidential.
